Is it due?
One job, one date. The gauge winds down the way it does in the app: in good shape, due soon at 30 % left, overdue past the date.
Keep it on a countdown
GearKit counts down to every job and reminds you before it’s due. Open this schedule in the app and it adds the item with every job above.
Countdowns start the day you add it. Did a job recently? Mark it done in GearKit and set Completed on to that day.
Add at least one job with a title to make a link.
Built on this page. The schedule travels in the part of the link after the #, and our server never sees it.
How it works
A job is due its interval after the day you last did it. The gauge shows the share of the interval left: in good shape above 30 %, due soon at 30 % or less, overdue once the due date has passed, the same rule GearKit uses on the item page, the widget and the reminders.
The suggested intervals come from the schedule builder’s presets, which cite the makers’ manuals; change the interval to match yours.
Starting points from the makers’ manuals, not a substitute for yours. Where your manual says otherwise, it wins.
