Printable service labels
For the shelf, the case and the workbench: a label per job with its interval and room to write the dates, plus a code that opens the whole schedule.
Keep it on a countdown
GearKit counts down to every job and reminds you before it’s due. Open this schedule in the app and it adds the item with every job above.
Countdowns start the day you add it. Did a job recently? Mark it done in GearKit and set Completed on to that day.
Add at least one job with a title to make a link.
Built on this page. The schedule travels in the part of the link after the #, and our server never sees it.
How it works
Each label carries one job: the item, the job, how often, and three rows to write the date you did it and the date it’s next due. Stick it where the job happens: inside the drone case, on the mower’s handle, under the espresso machine’s drip tray.
The QR code holds the whole schedule. Scanned with a phone, it opens in GearKit, which keeps the countdown and reminds you, so the label is the paper backup.
Print at 100 % (no “fit to page”). The labels are sized for plain paper or full-sheet sticker paper; cut along the borders.
Starting points from the makers’ manuals, not a substitute for yours. Where your manual says otherwise, it wins.
